The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) has announced two new projects on migration. ‘Migration and Public Services’ will examine the impact of migration on public service provision in the UK, as well as identifying best practice. ‘The Economics of Migration’ will analyse policy questions prompted by migration, such as the impact of migration on the UK labour market and the role of the migrant informal sector.
