Employment polarisation in the UK on the increase

A new report from IPPR has shown that whilst employment in the UK has reached a record high, job quality has not been increasing at the same rate. Although the average quality of jobs in the UK has increased overall, recent evidence suggests that polarisation of employment has emerged in Britain in recent decades - there has been a growth in the number of high-paid and low-paid jobs relative to middle-ranking occupations.

I had an accident in 1991 which nearly killed me, it left me with serious injuries including a lesion of the spinal cord, after 13 years of fighting for compensation I gave up even though the HSE stated the company was responsible for the accident, they just did everything to stop this from going to court, yes I know it’s changed a bit now.
But I am now disabled for the rest of my life, I have returned to work twice and both times my treatment has been something I’ll not forget, I am treated like a little child or like some moron given jobs a trained monkey can do, handing out baskets to customers or being asked to do non jobs.
The company I had the accident stated yes they accept the machine I was using had not be serviced for eighth years but I should have noticed this, but how the heck can I tell if something is serviced it was hired, the company was not charged because the HSE stated they had learned a lesson, so did I.
Sorry but right now I am angry when looking at building sites by me I see the same dangerous antic going on people doing the same thing I did unsafe risky without any health and safety why.
